Part of automotive history

Muirhead is part of the Scottish Leather Group; a privately owned company with ﬁve specialist subsidiaries aiming is to achieve the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. The group uses its experience and technology to understand customer needs and develop new products designed speciﬁcally to meet those needs.

Muirhead and Bridge of Weir are the two forward-facing leather manufacturers with Muirhead supplying primarily the passenger transport, interiors and luxury goods markets, while Bridge of Weir focuses on supplying the world’s top automobile marques.

Since the very first Ford Model T rolled off the assembly line more than 100 years ago (upholstered in Bridge of Weir leather), you’ll find Muirhead and Bridge of Weir’s leather all over the world in Aston Martin, Volvo, McLaren, Lincoln, Mitsuoka, AMG, Morgan and Lotus vehicles, to name just a few.
